These terms cover your use of this site and any engagement with Nueva Vista Ventures, LLC (doing business as NuevaVista.AI). By booking a session or submitting a form, you agree to them.
The session
The Discovery & Enablement session is a paid, 90-minute working engagement for $444, paid at booking through Stripe. You leave with a one-page AI Leverage Map and the first opportunity set up live. The diagnosis is the product.
Refunds
If the session isn’t useful, tell me and I’ll refund it. No fine print. The fee is a deposit on each other’s time, and I stand behind the work.
Scheduling
Your slot is held when payment clears. Need to reschedule? Reply to your calendar invite and we’ll find a new time.
What you own
The deliverables from your engagement, the map, the plan, the recommendations, are yours to keep and act on. The underlying frameworks, methods, and tools we use to produce them remain the property of NuevaVista.AI.
The fine print
We bring real expertise and real effort, but no engagement can guarantee a specific business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the fee you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
