This site is operated by Nueva Vista Ventures, LLC (doing business as NuevaVista.AI). We keep this simple and mean it: we collect only what we need to work with you, we don’t sell your data, and we store it on infrastructure we own.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, email, company, and anything you write in a contact or booking form. When you pay for a session, your card details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep minimal technical logs needed to run and secure the site.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and deliver your session, send confirmations and calendar invites, and follow up about your engagement. That’s it. We do not use your information for advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use a small number of trusted processors to operate: Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). Your records live in our own database on our own server. We share information only when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Email legal@nuevavista.ai and we’ll take care of it.
